We study on original microscope systems for ferroelectric and the piezoelectric materials. These systems are indispensable for electrical communication devices.
This is an original technology invented by Prof. CHO. With this microscopy, distribution of ferroelectrics polarization directions can be observed. So far, the resolution is sub-nanometer.
Recently, FeRAMs attract much interest as non-volatile memories. We focus on the the next generation that requires a high density recording system.
