Now we are developping the actual ferroelectric data storage system for the experiments of the fundamental read-write characteristics (high-speed data transfer, tracking control etc.)
Our final target is the development of dipole moments data storage. If bit size is miniaturized to the size of unit cell of ferroelectrics, data storage density will reach up to 4 Pbit/inch2.
